Ingredients
180 grams of Smoked Salmon
1 knob of butter
1 jar of cream
Chives
Ground white pepper
Fusilli Pasta Lensi 320 grammi per 4 persone


Melt the butter in a pan, add the salmon pieces and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in the cream and chopped chives and turn off the fire.
Simultaneously boil water, add salt and then pasta. Drain when pasta is “al dente”.
Place the pasta in the pan with the sauce, cook over high heat for a couple of minutes and serve hot.
