Test it. Take a “rigatone” or a “conchiglia” from the Pasta Premium  line and look at it against the light.  You will see the course grain of high quality durum wheat used by Pasta Lensi. This shows how, today like when we started production, bronze die extrusion shapes our top of the range pasta, giving it that roughness and porosity  that make it perfect for capturing all types of sauces.
