QUALITY CONTROL

20.000 quality checks in our laboratories, with the addition of 2.000 external checks at authorised laboratories, are carried out each year on the raw materials, semi-worked pieces, on all the production and packaging lots and on exit when the products leave for delivery to the Client.
All our suppliers are qualified on the basis of extremely strict parameters laid down in the Quality System. After milling, the flour is delivered to our premises and each delivery lot is tested in our laboratories, in order to guarantee that it conforms to order specifications.
