Pursuant to current legislation and the provisions of art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679, concerning the protection of individual persons with regard to the processing of personal data, as well as the free circulation of such data (hereinafter “EU Regulations”), we inform you that the Data Controller of the data supplied by you is Pasta Lensi Srl, with registered office in via Don Luigi Sturzo, 21/23, 25028 – Verolanuova (BS) tax code and VAT number n. 05296240962 (hereinafter the “Owner”).

STORAGE TIMES OF THE PERSONAL DATA

  4. Right to limit processing: the right to “block” or further limit the use of information relating to the user in certain circumstances.  Although the processing of information is limited, Pasta Lensi may continue to save information about the user, but will no longer be able to use it.
  5. Right to data portability: the right to obtain or re-use in certain circumstances personal data by third parties in a structured format, commonly used and readable electronically. If data transfer to another data controller is requested, this will only take place if technically feasible.
  6. Right to opposition: the right to object to certain types of processing, in specific circumstances.

The legality of data processing remains unchanged with revocation, until consent is withdrawn. These rights may be limited in some situations, for example, where Pasta Lensi can prove to have a legal requirement for the processing of personal data.
