Our whole wheat pasta is produced with a special process that allows the processing of all the noble parts of the bran, avoiding the dispersion of the micro nutrients and minerals of the wheat and makes it ideal for the production of pasta. 
Even if the percentage of fibers is very high, making it therefore possible to declare “rich in fiber” on the label, the product maintains a bright color, not too dark, offering a delicate flavor and a consistency that makes it completely similar to traditional semolina pasta.
